Machiavel processes organizational identity and access information to deliver structural exposure analysis for the connected customer environment.

We collect account, workspace, and authorization data required to operate the product, including Google Workspace identity metadata, group relationships, and sharing relationships that the customer explicitly authorizes.

Machiavel uses collected data only to provide analysis, improve service reliability, support customer operations, and meet security or legal obligations.

OAuth tokens and service configuration are stored securely on the backend and are never exposed to the frontend. Access to collected customer data is restricted to authorized systems and operational personnel when required for support.

Customers may request deletion or disconnection of their workspace integration. Data retention may continue only where required for security records, legal obligations, or incident handling.
